Choosing the Right Entity

The ITIN Question

Since you won't have a Social Security Number, you'll likely need an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) in addition to your business's EIN. We prepare both applications as part of formation, sequenced correctly so neither one holds up the other.
